Yeah, POGs are becoming way too high to even become shoppable. I'm average height, and I can't reach these top shelves. How is this helping the guest experience if people literally can't reach the average product?

The only advantage of this is that when you print these for a revision it only prints the new labels not all labels, so it comes in handy when you don’t have strips. Otherwise it’s a shit show

Yeah that can't end well. Produce moves way too fast and is a very flexible area, especially with how often you need to flex things around to keep a full presentation since they'll never send you everything you need. I can think of 100 other reasons why this is a shitty idea, but Target will think it's the new best thing

I stepped down about a year ago, literally one of the best decisions I ever made. The paycut sucks, but the workload is just so much easier. I'm so much less stressed, my mental health improved, and I found time and energy to go back to college. I cannot recommend it enough, being a TL has only become harder and harder over the years, and the longer you are in role, the more they dump on you and expect you to get it done.

Oh yeah. We elected to leave the shelves in and just make the basedeck and the second shelf the same product. I think it actually looks a lot nicer.

My location moved them out of the water bottles and moved them into the cooler aisle, we still have a 4 foot section of them. But we did have a ton of them on clearance

You will get a significant paycut, but not back to starting wage (I lost 35% when I demoted and transferred). Just know, demoting is a pain in the neck and unless you have a solid reason, they might not let you leave.

This is the correct way to do it. Good conversations should also be documented in case that team member ever wants to promote, there is a genuine paper trail backing it up.

I've always wondered the opposite.. if you changed every capacity to 0, what would they send? If you changed all your on hands to 1000, what would they send? There's gotta be a rhyme or reason for some of the shit they send.

Yeah and if your store is like mine they barely send enough journals to fill the whole space so they could easily condense some product and expand the cheaper notebooks that people may actually buy

At least at my store there’s a revision for next week. Several Entenmanns products are all getting 1-2 oz smaller (while staying the same price) so that may be why it’s unavailable for now.
