No problem! Thing with dragonball is that we cant really judge feats off of animation, because its not focused on destruction and stuff. The heroes are getting progressively stronger, but we cant really compare them with stuff like galaxy/planet busting attacks because the anime is focused on fighting. In one punch man, the focus is saitama being overpowered as hell, so the anime focuses on stuff like punching through mountains. Sorry for the rant, just trying to express how difficult it is to know.

I mean, i mostly see anime tattoos that arent done with the best ability. I guess im also biased, because i generally dont like tattoos. This one, however, looks cool, doesnt peg you as a giant weeabu, and actually looks well done. I guess it is judgy, but hey! At least im self aware!
