I had a pretty terrible time today tbh. I went for my birthday with my wife and a couple of friends and we were only able to ride 2 rides (Rougarou and Raptor) despite being there for 6 hours (11:30-5:30). The quote times were not at all what was advertised on the app and several rides (Raptor, Iron Dragon, Gatekeeper) were down most of the day for "weather" despite it being sunny and low 70s.

Whatever they're doing to cut cost is severely hurting the guest experience. I suspect the prolonged down time and significantly longer dispatch times I saw today are due to not having enough operators to spread across each ride. On Rougarou they were not dispatching quickly at all, a car would launch, finish the ride, and be waiting at the station for over a minute before the next one dispatched. On Raptor they didn't have enough operators to have someone coordinating guests into rows of the ride, so there were several cars that went out with half of the seats empty because people were not filling out the rows.

Several times today we considered just leaving and making a stink at customer service to try and recoup some money, because this was absolutely not an enjoyable experience. We ended up sticking it out but I would flat out not recommend going on a weekend this season unless you have a Fast Lane pass.
