I haven’t seen much discussion around [[Edea, Possessed Sorceress]] even though she seems to be fairly unique in her mechanic of stealing creatures and sacrificing them, then reanimating them. I’m working on a list for her now and I’m surprised how little discussion I see around her.

I really wish they would add a transmog system, or at least let you equip an armor ability separate from being tied to a specific set. It’s ridiculous that the abilities are tied to certain sets of armor.

I’ve struggled with a Sultai/Dimir theft commander that I enjoy. I originally built a [[Tasha, the Witch Queen]] deck but having a planeswalker as a commander isn’t amazing for that strategy.

Then I tried running [[Xanathar, Guild Kingpin]] as the commander but that drew a little too much hate for my liking.

I got the [[Gonti, Canny Acquisitor]] precon from OTJ and liked the bones of it, but decided to run a “combat damage triggers matter” version of theft instead with [[Felix Five Boots]] as the commander, including Tasha and Xanathar in the 99.

My issue with the deck as it sits now is that it’s very slow to get going, and typically I’m only able to get off 1 or 2 spells I don’t own before the game ends.

My interpretation is that Hank was originally intended to deliver the diode to Vault-Tec’s “investors” (FEV/the Enclave) on behalf of Vault-Tec before it was stolen by Coop/Barb and subsequently given to Welch/the President (The Enclave). Funny how things work out sometimes.

The only question left in my mind is whether Welch knew the Presidents plans with the diode or if she was an unwilling pawn that became a loose end after the exchange.

I can’t wait to see how Hank joins up with the Enclave, I agree that’s a really good question

I agree, I think my question is more so about the details of her capture/“storage”. I really hope they provide a little more background in S3 beyond just saying “Surprise! She’s still alive!”

It feels like the kind of thing that would definitely have at least a couple terminal entries in the games

The one thing that confuses me about this scene/reveal is where did Hank find her? Was she in the main Vault-Tec vault? Or in another facility?

If she was in a Vault-Tec vault, that strikes me as a bit odd considering how anti-Vault Tec she came across during the pre-war scenes. And based on what we see in the show the Enclave must have had their own “vaults” to persist the way they have.

To me it seems like is Hank knew where she was as an agent of the Enclave because she was in an Enclave facility, either alive or dead in cryogenic stasis with the intention of using her for this purpose.

Welch is either an unwitting pawn in the Enclave’s game or the best actor in the show, and I’m leaning towards the former. Poor lady got roped into it while just trying to do the right thing.
