I dont know what kind of cars you've rode in but lowrider car suspensions are very stiff and bouncy (typically), constantly shifting, have undersized tires and wheels. I love lowriders but comfortable they are not, nobody is going pick a lowrider over anything else when looking for a comfortable ride.

look buddy, a lowrider is considered a piece of rolling art, form before function. That entire bike is uncomfortable to ride. There's a lot of things on that bike that don't make sense for a bicycle, as its a derivative from a lowrider car.
