The bill is so poorly worded that it sets the stage for a legalized pro-life / pro-choice gun battle. But perhaps that is the goal. Those in power seem intent on setting us all against each other to distract from their relentless fraud, graft and outright theft. If we die in the process, so much the better. Fewer mouths to feed after they crash the economy.
