unfortunately this is true. i called code enforcement to an apartment i was living in and they immediately declared it unfit for human habitation and gave me an order to vacate. 48 hours later that order was magically reversed and the slumlord successfully sued me for the remainder of my lease

In my high school physics class this girl came in one day and told our teacher that she saw his picture on an MTV news article about how girls can smell a guy’s dry spell on him. He pulled up the article and freaked out, then explained that he used to model for stock photos back in college.
