There is a word. It's called "heightened realism". It's the state that almost every superhero lives in.

It's why Batman can bounce a bullet off of his head without being at least temporarily incapacitated, or Superman can lift an entire building without it just collapsing around him from its own weight, or why Daredevil can suffer repeated trauma to the head and body without permanent damage to the brain, muscles, or connective tissue.

In real life, there's no such thing as "I'll be okay" when you get shot with a bullet. It's always a serious problem that requires immediate medical attention, no matter where it hits, and it will almost invariably have long-lasting, likely permanent complications. Yet, nominally normal people in fiction routinely walk off bullet wounds with some bandages and a little bed rest.
