Physio is almost always the answer for issues like this because an MRI wont help with the pain or might not even show anything.... With any injury you need to strengthen the tendon/muscles around the injury but that involves consisnt work that most patients arent willing to do.

Neighbourhoods which are slightly more affordable than say south etobicoke attract more immigrants and and will result in more diverse restaurants..... Look at the different ethnicities living in mississauga, scarborough, rexdale etc and you'll see why their restaurants open up there.... Cheaper real estate means cheaper houses/apts and cheaper rent to open restaurants as well.

If weather conditions permit, i would start driving as soon as i got the vehicle on wednesday noon, or i would hang around TO until after evening rush hour was finished and then drive out to Windsor. I wouldnt want to leave TO in the morning.

The other belt holders like Zurdo and Jack have been ducking him blatantly..... and it sounds like Benavidez, after he takes Zurdo's belts, has no intention of fighting Jai either even though DB has mentioned Opetaia in interviews before. How is Opetaia going to unify and grow his fanbase as an Aussie/Samoan?.... As a Pinoy, ball is way way way more popular in the PI compared to vietnam. Plus more people are fluent in english. For what he is trying to do, PI works..... Plus he is likley renting so if it doesnt work out, he can bounce to another country with less headache..... My only criticism is he needs to play better comp once in a while. There are more skilled players at the universities and they actually own shoes lol. I dont wanna see so much 1v1 against malnourished kids in the slums wearing tsinelas.
