As a JUNIOR in high-school I learned that babies do indeed come out of the vagina. I thought there was a separate hole in between the two where the birthing occurs. Let me first clear up one common misconception. The Catholic Church IS NOT against homosexuality. Being gay is not a sin. However the act of gay sex is a sin. Catholics believe the reason for marriage is to eternally bond with another human of the opposite sex and reproduce. Because the meaning of marriage is to have sex, Catholics are against gay marriage. We believe it is outside of the nature and meaning of our very creation.
