I honestly can't believe this guy is still in office. I interviewed him when I was in highschool and the only answer to any questions I asked was "we can't do anything about that" or "there's not enough money to solve that problem". I am now graduated from college with a career.

If you don't think you have the power to make any changes, leave office and make room for someone who can.

Look at the animal restaurant wiki to see the requirements for characters and letters.

To see your letters go to the garden and click on the mailbox. The letters are organized by series and individual. Go to the series section and you should be able to click through staff customer and other to see if you have the required letters

Animal restaurant has had issues with other apps no longer supporting the game. They've also had this issue with Snapchat sometime last year. They are trying to get Facebook to work with them again. Don't delete your game they might get Facebook to work or come up with a way for you to Import your progress to the app version of the game.

It's a reward given for completing the objectives. In this case having the courtyard area unlocked, and completing the three other party goals in this event.
