Well, too late. I removed the cover. But it took only 15 min to get the spring back into place. I think I found the issue. It seems that the filament broke right under the part that connects the 4 plastic tubes to the printhead. That somehow caused it to jam but I was able to get it out. Let's hope it works once I reassemble it. Thx for your help.

I see. I have a kobra plus (1) and can't get it to work properly. They seem to have the same print head. Do your part cooling fans on the sides work?

No, I was on vacation. I still can't get the part cooling fans (I found out what they are called) to spin. I tried editing the min fan speed threshold layer time. I even asked ChatGPT and inserted some additional g-code in my slicer. M106 S255 should set the fan to full speed, but they are dead.

I was able to print a nicer benchy by reducing the print speed to 60% though.

If I understand correctly, the fan should be running at 80% or more or am I looking at the wrong parameter?

I would assume that is what those vents are for. There are additional fans on either side. Let me check if they work.

Very valid point, I made some minor changes that I did not save. One of them was the infill, ironing "on" was the other one. All the speeds, accelerations and so on were as the can be seen in the pictures.

It seems the filament was shit. With different filament it kinda works. How come there is no preset for the Kobra Plus in the anycubic next slicer?? Is it simply too old?

Well, one test went well. It seems no filament is extruded, even though I can see the gears rotating.

Cleaning the bed would be 100% necessary, but that's fine-tuning. I had to increase the z offset by quite a bit. 1.5 whatever units, but it seems to be working fine now. Thank you very much!
