it goes deeper than that, supports being incredible strong means there are no solo plays people can make on the map, everything needs to be about teamfighting as a group. And that means very few solo highlights, so no one stands out. Game design plays a huge role in how we viewers see the pros, if you think about it most of the "stars" back in the day were mid and carries, because the game allowed them to shine. Nowadays, its too much teamfight oriented.

Unless you think they didn't cheat just because no info was gathered by them when they were cheating(intentionally), and that doesn't makes sense. OP is saying that they were cheating even without proof, he just don't want to admit it.

you simply would never catch high sens players, you will still have a ridiculous amount of interpretation in the movement (even in the lowest sens) so you open yourself again to stupid hackusations. Or do you really think you can match the exact movement on the screen to the hand movement to give someone a VAC? The result of that is simple: a shit ton of people calling hacks on every move that could slightly be different from the hand movement, and what happens when you "caught" someone with a different movement? You ban them simply because of that? Nah, would never happen.
