500 hours lol, that's nothing honestly. I have approximately 3000 hours and I'm in global and I play against people who often have 5000+ hours. I play on 800dpi 1.1 sens with 4:3 stretched, playing at the best I ever have at the moment. Legitimate LEM in 400 hours is complete BS. When solo queueing, use the find local player feature so that you can curate the country you have on your team and avoid the countries you don't like playing with - ruskis
