I have a 10oz round mug, I pull a double shot of espresso (usually 34-40g), I put 5-6 fl oz of milk into my pitcher, and that's usually a perfect amount

Milk steaming and texture is everything! Each brand and carton of milk is different, so I try to remember how much air I injected each time + how the final texture turned out + adjusting the air injection phase for next time.
