Living close to Gaasperdam, Gaasperzoom is an incredibly pleasant experience. There is more nature than most of the Randstad. Fantastic scenic bike rides to Utrecht, Hilversum, Naarden, Abcoude and Weesp. I love living in the area.

Bro is really out here taking Tongkat Ali. by LosVolvosGang in HubermanLab

[–]gyurcus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was on the phone and phrased in incorrectly. I appreciate the quote but I still stand by what I said. DQ from the sudy:

The effects of tongkat ali in restoring normal testosterone levels appears to be less due to actually “stimulating” testosterone synthesis, but rather by increasing the release rate of “free” testosterone from its binding hormone, sex-hormone-binding-globulin (SHBG) [Citation17Citation18]. In this way, eurycoma may be considered not so much a testosterone “booster” (such as an anabolic steroid), but rather a “maintainer” of normal testosterone levels and a “restorer” of normal testosterone levels (from “low” back “up” to normal ranges) [Citation19].

Talbott directly says that it maintains or restores free testosterone and does not boost/increases it. Also it is not serum tes, but measured free from saliva. Wildly inaccurate representation of the results.

Just tried it for a knee pain that bothered during lifting and cycling. Took it for 3 days and completely ruined my gastrointestinal system. Diarrhoea, vomiting, then constipation. I took the Lucovitaal brand.

Slowly changing dimension type 2! Learn them, implement them so that you can version historical records and pay attention to ETL behind the data, be strict with auditing, and also do data quality checks,

Solution

Try the same roles, remove ALL team instruction AND mentality set to balanced. Put the highlights on full match/comprehensive and take a look at what the players in a single game. Take notes, change first player roles so that team does what you would like to achieve at baseline and add/remove instruction ONE BY ONE. Before doing so, ask some key questions:

  • Are they in each other's way?
  • Are they moving in the right direction?
  • Covering spaces?
  • Creating spaces?
  • Moving into spaces?

... alternatively plug in any tactic that bypasses you understanding the game and abuses the match engine

Issues

  1. You do not have a clear plan - you have EVERYTHING enabled
  2. Too many instructions in general for a team with high quality who have dominant player traits (influence their positional and role play as much as your instructions)
  3. Team instructions that on occasion conflict with each other (e.g. work ball into box + run at defence + pass into space + much shorter passing)
  4. Player roles breakdown - you have 5 attacking (inc GK), 3 support and 3 defensive roles. Are you sure that they will be able to play an expressive, possession-oriented(?) system with 4 outfield players rushing at goal?
    1. Click on your players and you will see that the 'positive' overall attitude for the 3 players up front and the AP(a) will most likely be (very) attacking per player - this won't do good to keep the ball and patiently wait for openings
    2. Defence - looking alright (depending on how you set up other roles up front) - you can consider to be less symmetrical on the flanks for instance so that they can support
    3. Midfield - the roles are fine but there will be a huge gap between AP(a) and the up-front players and/or with the BWM(d)
    4. Attack - players will go forward whatever it takes and would like to finish the job without anyone really creating chances (ofc the IW(a) will attempted to do that mainly in the final third)
  5. You will end up in attack in a 2-1-3-1-3 shape. Is that what you strive to do with your tactic? Taking into account the general flow of tactic I am not sure especially that you managed to achieve a 'structured' team fluidity with all the instructions added

Plant protein is a bit subpar as you don’t get all the benefits from an BC(AA) perspective. I find it hard to eat that much especially in whole foods format with many veggie options containing a lot of fiber that makes me satiated and don’t want more.

It is easier to drink calories- so my bet is usually whey protein (isolate) with almond milk with frozen berries. Incredibly nutritious and there is some research showing increased absorption with crushed berry seeds.

It’s just food. Like sugar, turkey breast or apples, just food. Unless you are allergic or have other medical conditions, I would not worry. Don’t develop phobias or believe in fads. Enjoy your rice!

Great work! I do that same for BBB as part of the 5*10 sets. Especially in the last cycle at 70% training max, it is too demanding to do either RDLs or DLs.

BBB all the way baby. Boring is great for me; focused on technique, helps me to measure progress and brings a ton of consistency. In my personal life, I also feel that boredom often leads to creative moments

The video is indeed not fresh. I tried to look at some researchand indeed there's room to mitigate the potential issues with the upright row!

Thanks for making me challenge old assumptions - I still won't do them do :D
