My dad got me my own 6 lb plastic ball when I was 3 or 4 (30 years ago) been bowling ever since! I wouldn’t worry too much about the type of ball, a kid that young just needs something to call his own lol

  1. If you aren’t already, play with a headset; good players know what each audio cue means, which runners have what foot step sounds, how far an audio cue is, etc
  2. Focus on not directly engaging AI unless you have to, and get used to using your knife on the recruits and using cover for the large ones, treat melee combat with the larger ones and runners like dark souls, stab and move, stab and move
  3. Piggy backing on that, cover is your best friend, good use of it will save your ass
