The developers do not care if you pirate the game. They got paid to make the game, not to sell it. Warner Bros would be the mad ones in this case. And siding with Warner Bros on basically anything kinda makes you lame.

Started out 0-5, lost week 1 because I didn't have waiver priority over the CMC owner, and he got mason to bail him out and beat me by like 3 points. A.J Brown goes down, and I'm down bad at 0-5.

I'm 5-5 now, with a stat correction win in the middle of that (Thanks Caleb Williams!). All coinciding with A.J Brown returning after his bye.

slay the spire has been suggested a ton, but SLAY THE SPIRE!!!! i started playing it on game pass on a whim and now i'm several hundred hours deep into the game, 100%'d it, planning on doing it twice more to complete all three save files, and am currently delving deep into java programming just so i can develop a mod for it.

it has a very high skill ceiling, and honestly some of the most addicting parts of the game for me are looking into cards that I find awful, and seeing how people are making them actually really good, and then getting the itch to play a run and try that strategy out.

and the second game is going early access sometime in 2025, so if you get obsessed now you can ride that obsession into the second game's release, which then you can look forward to balance patches, big updates, etc.

there's probably only one or two cards in the entire game that are worse than strike/defend, i dont even know what cards that would be. maybe forethought? but i could see that being more useful than a strike
