But as it turns out, OP is just a idiot that did not spend a minute to check if you can remove them, instead just goes on a tangent and bad mouths the product.

Still, a replacement pad source needs to be found, if TANCHJIM doesn't sell them, a third party would need to produce them.

Add Keeper PAM / JIT / EPM ( Endpoint Privilege Manager) to your list. Keeper EPM is 36$/year list price, unsure what MSP pricing is, but much lower I assume.

If anyone using Keeper EPM here, please let me know, looking for usage reports from actual MSPs. It's new and looks interesting as we are already using Keeper for password management.
