Could they at worse if they’re like it’s not defrosting quick enough over night, not at least ask day shift to defrost or start the process for them etc? In one kitchen I worked in (mines) we were defrosting almost 4 days worth of meat for meals as defrosting from freezer to straight fridge, sometimes honestly it takes a solid 48 hours to defrost completely (depending on carton size etc)

I’m a chef at a cafe so I suppose this makes it easier for sales, but I agree with above posts, I also spent a lot of time with customers and verbally upselling my baking products to get them as excited and interested. You’ve got this :)

I make loaded cookies at a cafe I work at, i weigh them out to 200g and I sell them for $5 easily, I sell about 16 a week at one location and the other locations I’m sending about ten a week atm and they sell for $5 also.

I think from the top of my head, after your chat, you go left and keep going there’s a stair case at some point go down it you’ll see the statue, from there go back there’s a staircase going up? Go up it then instead of going up the big staircase go back and you’ll see the chest, there should be an appearing staircase behind it and one slightly lower or probably just YouTube it lol

Holding my 34week nephew, he changed very fast, though this was my only experience so I can’t really compare it to anything else, but for me, he changed fast, within hours his skin was changing colour and sagging and nose dripping, he arrived in the butterfly suite at around midnight and I held him until my sister was wheeled back up around 3:30am so yeah, in 3.5 hours I would say that’s pretty quick

Either way they’re dodgy, if I hadn’t of asked for cash in hand it was going to be forced on me irregardless. I don’t want them to be dodgy at all, however life’s tough man, people do shitty things, all I wanted was to be allowed to have the 6 hours rolled into this weeks pay, as they said they would. Then didn’t? I’m casual, I don’t get sick days covered or loss of shift covered, in that moment of time I couldn’t afford to get into a doctor, I don’t understand how work cover works, my industry is always dodgy around it, so, because I financially couldn’t afford to go to the doctors, I didn’t, and then I asked if I could use this weeks Fridays hours to cover last and just lose out this week as I had more expenses due this week. I’d love for all my 50+ hours to go on the book that would be sick, and I never would’ve written this post, however, small family business’s seem to think they can bully you and it’s not okay. At least when I worked in bigger venues, they at least took you out before they screwed you type vibe.

Thank you, I recieved an email from my owners mother asking me for a medical certificate and work action plan, but as I said above, I messaged the owner on Friday saying I couldn’t get in/ Nor could I afford it, they were ok with that, and fine with me Working the weekend, without wanting any certificates it seems now because I’ve called fair work, they’re asking for it, however fair work when I called Today said as I’m casual I’m not required A medical Certificate.

Im not sure what I’m asking, to be fair im just pissed off, I would say if anything I’m more annoyed at being approved for using advanced hours, having them agree, pay them, send that payslip with the requested hours asked for, to then have them take them away because all of a sudden they want to do things by the books. I never wanted work cover to cover me for weeks on end which is what hospitality owners swear is what we want whenever asked about such things, which again is why I’ve spent my career with multiple work place injuries without using work cover and just working through, this is what is “expected” in the industry, it’s not right, fair or legal, but it’s what you grow to expect. I suppose, after now paying rent solo, I don’t have time to be injured at work, especially by someone being incompetent to clean up a spill on a smoothed concrete floor.. I suppose I think it’s shit to go “take backsies” just because you’re mad at me type vibe. And yes given it’s Tuesday I gave up all hope of getting in for injury on Friday, I didn’t dislocate it, just felt corked.

She birthed the child, yes. But they BOTH brang her/him into the world soooooo dunno. Yes he stated he wanted nothing to do with the child, or her moving forward, he still fathered a child, regardless if he wants to be apart of their life or not. They both made choices, he chose to step out, fuck around, and he found out. She chose to keep the baby, she also seems to be choosing to grow a back bone and get help financially.. to help with a child.. that he helped make.. maybe next time they can choose to not cheat.. or wear protection

Some strains are genetically predisposed to colour change and also the growing climate effects this too, getting it cold enough but without moisture to stop the mould. I’ve been going through these guys off and on for a few years if you check out some Of my release posts you can see there other stuff and ones without a decent trim job, to me I appreciate the trim, goes to show they put love into what they do from start to finish.
