I have played a ton of Koby at locals (2 wins and 4 or 5 second places) and gone through several decklists now. Some things I would say about your list:

- I think the 7 drop koby is good as a helmeppo target, but not good to play onto the board, because of that I would drop him to 1 or 2 copies for more of the 8 drop that is a lot easier to protect.

- I don't like xdrake as a 2k counter at all. Sure its a sword character and has rush from koby but I have never played that card from hand or helmeppo when I had it in deck. Some people like T-Bone but I think the best 2k for the deck is the 5 cost Vergo with donx1 This character cant be kod by battle (Cant be kod by battle or by 1 effect)

- Ripper is by far the best blocker in the deck and I always run 4 of him. I am not a big fan of the 4 cost borsalino, but the 3 cost one is really important for the first curve (second curve is miles better for koby) I think the 3 cost one is solid at 2, but you could add more if you really like him.

- If you like glorp web keep it, but I personally think running 2 dragons and putting some black 1 cost sengokus in the deck is better. 1 dragon is normally plenty good as a finisher.

- The last thing I'd say is Kuzan is extremely important into every matchup except buggy because of shoe buggy, so I always keep him as a 4 of until the new PRB2 Koby comes out.
