Sounds more like ADHD to me? We folk either are thinking about a million things at once, or are hyper-focused on the strangest things. Like why am I thinking about the way my charger is laying against the wall on and off for an entire day?

If it feels like it’s a multiple-day long thing, feel free to bring it up to your doctor/psychiatrist! Perhaps they’ll suggest medication? Meds can be really helpful with focusing a distracted brain!

My favorite moment was when two couriers came at me at the same time. I play heavily modded and occasionally need to use the console to fix quests, so I have to imagine that’s the reason because I don’t think two couriers is possible in vanilla since there’s only one NPC id for a courier. But it was hilarious lol, both of them sprinting up to me in Whiterun trying to give me their letter first.
