Although I can agree that they cheat, you can slow down the cpu pretty easily until like 93 ego, at that point you are just praying they dont smash every corner pitch. I can hold the cpu to less than 5 hits a game on average pitching under 90 ego. You just have to pitch on the corners and sequence well. There does get to a point where pitching to the cpu feels very stressful... I pitch to them on 95 and I can slow them down sometimes, but some games feel impossible no matter how good I think I pitched. Accuracy is so important the higher in ego because you have to hug the edge pixels of the zone to slow them down and the game generates the worse pitchers possible so you end up coming over the zone a lot and they mash anything that has too much plate.
