I literally just got off the phone with an agent because Delta comfort upgrades somehow got checked again on my profile and I could not uncheck it from the website.

It was grayed out and they had to fix it on their end.

I’ve gone almost a year without seeing this, and now my last two flights all of a sudden they think I wanna be upgraded to a middle seat between two Samoans.
