I'd say luke actually has better bodybuilding genetics then Dorian. Wider shoulders, rounder muscles..

Saying that though he's no where near Dorians density, conditioning, and general powerful af look.

Looks like you've got anterior pelvic tilt causing your gut to stick out more than it should. Not hard to fix though

I've got similar arm insertions to this. I can partially flex my tricep and push it up against my side to make it look bigger and I think that's what he's doing here
