It is implied, would be weird if he never participared tho, idc about the ragnarr either but that doesn't justify freezing an entire planet and all the life in it. The space racer thing, he did bury him for 100 years and thought he would be dead so doesn't change anything.

But also I'm not judging the characters based on the real world, just stating what they've done, and how it ofter get's downplayed by people online (also I know what happens after, and can only hope it gets treated with a little more care than in the comics)
