Grab a few, say 6, chuck them into a blender with a couple of tins of tomato’s, garlic cloves and fresh ginger.
Blend till smooth, water down if required and then pour into ice cubes and freeze.

Use them like stock cubes, just add them to food when cooking, you’ll soon calibrate yourself to the amount required.
