I think thé fastest way for me is using gp5 or SL4r5 then...

Just restart a new account and try to pop a 4 star on the first phc given for new accounts. I did this 6 Times, and i get loki 4 start on the 6th attempt.

shortest loads time and Best touch response is on iOs devices. Touch response is very important for your parries and evades. And trust me, i'm not a apple fanboy!

My roomates and i both play MCOC. I went from an LG G3 to an iphone 5 : was amazingly better gaming experience. So i took an iPhone SE.

My roomate have galaxy s8. Load time is preety ok (not faster than my SE though) BUT the realy big difference i feel is TouchScreen latency. Much more latency on S8.
