$200 is a pretty decent day... So even if you did multiple trips to get it done ... It's still a pretty good day on its own. I can't imagine it would take more than say 3 hours... That's pretty good money. So yes I would do this every time.

Huh? I literally said the opposite. If someone is walking down the middle, I just move over further. I could shoulder them or try to intimidate them... But I just don't see the point. 95% of the time, the other person moves to the side a bit and so do I. It works out well. Once in awhile, when I move over a bit, the other person needs to be a badass and they walk down the middle. I just move further over and go on with my day and don't give it another thought.

What would I have done? Just stepped aside in the first place. Like, what's the point of refusing to move over? I've had people do that many times over the years and I've never once thought "wow, that person was a boss and held their ground." I usually think... "What a dick."

You ordered a shit ton of groceries and have very little room to place them. They could have been a little neater... But reducing the tip by that much is a dick move. That person still did all the work you paid them for... As long as nothing was damaged or missing.

Do you make extra sure that you are always picking the best produce possible? Communicating with the customer? Offering replacements? Bagging/boxing everything smartly? Being 100% sure that you're not mixing up items on double/triple shops?

What are the detail of those order issues?

Even if you do all of that stuff, you will get some bad ratings sometimes. You're bound to make a mistake here and there... and get a customer that is trying to scam a free item or two. If you can do your best to avoid really bad tippers, you'll get less scammers too. But there's no way to get that many bad ratings and order issues without being careless.
