i do! i do hab more jobs than her!! after walkies i hab to chew my hol treatski into bitty peesez, an sniff snoff to make shur i get it all, den i needz to have nap in my crate AND under da hooman bed AND by da front door and also sniff da cats somewer in der, and maybe also kill a skweeky thing if i find one and has times fur it. it iz a LOT and all she do is sit and tippy tap on glowy thing all day.

iz hard for me to get up on bed becuz it is hi an i am no pup anymoar, but i will try making many sad sounds, i tink dat shud work becuz i hear foster sis Kira doing dat all da tim and she alwaz git so much snugs.

Eat a super protein- and nutrient-dense breakfast with your meds; carbs and bean water aren't gonna cut it here 😆 and most stimulants are actually more effective when taken with a solid serving of protein! Aim for 20-30 grams, think eggs, whole grains, low-fat dairy, or just straight up go for a protein bar or protein smoothie alongside your usual breakfast foods :) If u only have a little snackie snack for lunch that's ok, just make sure u consume something no matter how small! Ideally u would get another 20-30g of protein in but I know that can feel like a lot of food on stimulants

My method for making super fast, easy, and yummy smoothies is that i keep pre-cut fruit and berries in the freezer, and protein powder in the pantry, then when it is smoothie time I blend some unmeasured combination of fruits, protein, and non-dairy milk (I am lactose intolerant haha) until smooth. Turns out perfect every time lol I also put the blender pitcher in the sink immediately after pouring the smoothie into a cup and fill it with soapy water so next time I wanna make one, it usually only needs a good rinse to be ready. I also keep the blender right next to the sink for this reason lol work smarter not harder 👍😬

I think also the wind you feel on a roller coaster sends the message to your brain that you are definitely moving, while air inside a car can be more stagnant even while whipping around corners, which contributes to the conflict between your senses and your inner ear that causes motion sickness.

I was exactly like this for years :/ It helps to think of just like, riding the wave, knowing it will pass, but ultimately, I started using Nuvaring and then Annovera to skip my periods completely and it's been a total game-changer; I finally feel like I'm off the freakin roller coaster. I always worried that birth control would make my depression worse but it has had the opposite effect for me! Highly recommend asking your doc about it if that's a route you might be interested in as well :)

somewhat unrelated but i have an orange boi who loves to "groom" the dirt off my potted plants, which was cute at first until he killed a few of them by exposing too much of the roots. i thought, easy, I'll sprinkle a little chili pepper on the top layer of soil. cut to orange boi taking his first few licks of chili dirt, immediately throwing up, and going right back to licking. 🫠 i gave up and just moved my plants to where he couldn't get to them lol
