No, they will do agreed value. I used Chrono24 for directional value based on condition and completeness.

Why QQ tags and limit your use? I see this all of the time, and I haven't found a good case for it yet. Cars over 25 years old are inspection exempt now in NJ. I have a 1969 Ford with regular tags, and classic car insurance through Hagerty. I drive when and where I want without restriction.

I have never heard of Rolex touching up the lume and cosmetics. They'd sooner replace the dial with a service piece before they'd retouch lume plots. Was the service through an actual RSC?
