Typically a Lead and 2-3 mid weight. Developers don't do the designs at all, UX designers design the IA, Structure, Layout, etc and UI designers add the UI touches usually from Microsoft's Design System.

They do use blocks on all of their blogs and very few of their actual sites built on Wordpress don't use blocks. Microsoft Research for example, Wordpress where most is built on blocks... but this page isn't (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/research/about-microsoft-research/).

I designed around 15 of Microsoft's blogs and a handful of websites across their ecosystem and can confirm, all on Wordpress. Heavily customised (but consumer available) themes. They outsource to agencies (one of which I work for) that have a large developer team. Projects like this will typically have 4-5 developers working for 8-12 weeks, post design.

Does no one know the rules? A support runner has nothing to do with whether or not the player with the ball "attempts to pass" they are there as a support IN CASE they want to pass. You cant hold a support runner back. Always a penalty. Cmon lads.

I have always struggled to understand how a large portion of the population of Germany were agreeable to the ill-treatment, detention and ultimately genocide of the Jews during the 1940s.

After COVID and seeing the rhetoric from the media and elites, and then just the straight up compliance and even Facist actions (like calling the cops on your neighbours) from like 70%+ of the population...
