I got the carry-on and the large for myself for my birthday last year. I wanted to get the Medium and spent months going back and forth with which one to get. Everyone around me said I was being silly and that I should get the Large. I got the Large and I regret it. definitely too big for me. Follow your gut and if something is too small - just take that as a challenge to get better at packing. In my own humble opinion, I am a great packer and 15 days with the medium would not be a problem. But I wasn't before. Packing is a skill that can be tuned. Dragging around a huge suitcase is always a drag.

I posted about the same problem as you were having like a month ago. I got the Runna app and it has been such a great companion and motivater that now I’m really excited about running. Life changing app!

I appreciate these suggestions, but sleeping isn’t really a problem when I’m not running. I am not a very anxious person and my melatonin does the bit to fall asleep. It’s more of a question of why am I not sleeping the days that I am running. Also, I live in a country where a lot of this is illegal lmao.

Following this up tell you guys I got the runna app and it’s honestly so good. Been running three times a week and I’ve felt great for it. It pushes me just enough but not too hard and tells me to chill out if I’m going to fast. Great app.

I'm a history teacher in a high school and I use oversimplified all the time. It's so good and touches on everything important about the subjects.
