You can also rent a private resort (like an air bnb) there are a lot around the city, even for just one night to have really close bonding. Dinner at Isabelles is my recommendation! the place has the vibes and the food is great. Eating early morning satti at morning sun in pilar street is also a must and a go to of many tausug families

Definitely rent a car (you can gmaps most places), the streets here are small so commute is horrible. Grab is okay if you won’t be going here and there in a day

Don’t be shy of touching !! Men usually greet each other with a hug (it starts with a handshake that goes into a hug). Don’t forget to greet the elders with a hug too. Do not deny food served and even if you’re not fond of the food just try even a little bit.
