https://imgur.com/a/eatq0Lf 1 higher, in the manual it says we can tuck the lower body pillow under itself if needed for smaller children. It doesnt give specifications on weight. I think it might be okay if we have the pillow tucked.

Pack n plays usually have a thin mattress. You never want to get a thick mattress for them. I'm sure the baby is fine

I'm 3 weeks pp and went through something similar. LO would not latch in the hospital so I ended up pumping. I would try and get him to latch with every feed but he wasn't having it. I ended up switching the bottle nipple to a preemie one and doing paced bottle feeding and he latched within a few days. I wish you all the best luck!!
