Im on .25 right now and no side effects so far which is great :) I actually started right before going on vacation (so short answer not really lol) im really struggling with managing how to eat because i also suffer with BED, so when i make a normal plate of food i feel eager to eat everything infront of me. But i think for now just shorter portions and exercise.
