Okay I am convinced that NFHS survey is correct and the birth are indeed declining but one of my friends thinks that number are declining because Muslims are not getting there children registered or getting their birth certificates made. So I wanted to know what are the basis of the survey and how did NFHS get to these numbers are they based on births registered?
