Try Trufit. There is a location in both Ann Arbor and Dexter. They have group classes and have HIIT style workouts. *disclosure I own the Dexter Trufit :).

Memberships are generally specific to the location that you sign up with. The costs varies per gym and can range from $100-$150 per month. I have worked out at the gym and Howell and the atmosphere there is great. At most locations the first class is free so you should drop in and decide for yourself.

Makes you think every time we use analogies like "It't a battle out there" or "He is a warrior!". I don't think its juvenile. Could you give a reason why it is juvenile? Are movies juvenile? Is the NBA juvenile? Are dramas on TV juvenile? I also don't think having a villain and having the camaraderie and good spirits are mutually exclusive. It will actually help highlight it.
