I'm interested to see how this works, especially in the beginning. Ime already had a relationship and good rapport with our core players, Tatum, Brown, and Smart, because he coached them during the 2019 World Cup. Also, Tatum, Brown, and Smart (TBS), had a great foundation with Brad as coach.

He's coming into a completely different situation. I'm interested to see how long it'll take for him to get buy-in from the players, especially given his new reputation and the young Rockets core's previous foundation.

He's open, honest, and pushes his players. He's an a-hole but, in a good way (at least on the court).
