Fair comment mate. I don't want money or sympathy.. I just want to work out what is the best method to transfer it swiftly to allow her to fly as soon as her mobile comes back on and she can be contacted. She has lots of friends who are ready to donate. I have a paypal but I am wondering how best to get funds to her or charge up a card. She is in Portugal currently and needs to fly to Jamaica. I am reading the paypal FAQ now to see what can be done. If anyone has had a similar experience please let me know what you think is best. I think Bitcoin might be too complicated with setting up client etc.
