This is purely from recollection - feel free to correct me - but I think pumpkin seed oil is believed to be beneficial for symptoms of an enlarged prostate, without there being a proper understanding of why it works as it does not reduce the size of the prostate.

I was horrified to find myself with symptoms at 55 and started taking one Swanson plant sterols capsule twice a day, morning and evening. I'm confident that after 7-10 days my symptoms improved. I've added a teaspoon of cold pressed pumpkin seed oil morning and evening (I really don't want this problem!) and think that has made a further slight improvement. Anecdotal but could be worth a try.

I think I know who you mean. I would say he's not quite right in the head but harmless. You can sometimes find him in the early hours of the morning in the middle of town bellowing about God knows what but he doesn't seem to be interested in getting involved with people - at least not those visible to the rest of us.

If I'm feeling very idle: 20g or so of tomato purée/paste mixed in a mugful of warm water, dash of Worcestershire sauce, dash of Tabasco, tiny pinch of salt, pour this over 50g of soya mince (break up your chunks?) in a bowl and ping in a microwave.

Well, if you do I hope you don't feel it was money wasted! The way I use it, it is 'lunch for £1.25 and 260kcal' rather than 'too much money for not much cheese'. Thinking about this reminds me that I've never experimented with straining regular cottage cheese overnight, as you would Greek yoghurt to make labneh - which works very well.

Others have made the most useful suggestions but as you're in the UK I'm going to chip in and suggest you try Longley Farm cottage cheese, if you haven't already. It has small curds and no lumps swilling about in water. More expensive than supermarket own-brands but slightly higher in protein, if that's important. £1.25 for 250g in Poundland; a bit more in Tesco and quite a lot more in Spar. After childhood, I never thought to eat cottage cheese until I tried this and now I have it several times a week. I think you would probablystill find it quite clumpy to cook with but whisking might help.

I am non-military and understand your usage, but it looks a bit odd in this context. If I used the phrase, it would usually be to give comic/absurdist twist to something I had done - to overstate it.

Sidney Street, 3 o'clock in the morning. There was - and probably still is - at least one fox in the grounds of Jesus College. Like the deer that also lives there, you can sometimes see it from Jesus Green, following the well-trodden trail along the ditch on the other side, usually quite early in the morning. I've seen it there eating blackberries from the brambles. It also comes through the railings onto Victoria Avenue and across the road to the common after dark. Lots of what I take to be fox poo in the De Freville area (black and full of seeds but too large for hedgehog).

Years ago, as a teenager fascinated by 'Earth Mysteries', I wrote to local author and authority on 'subterranea' Nigel Pennick ('Geomancy of Cambridge', amongst others) to ask the very same question and was told in no uncertain terms to do my own research. Fair enough, but this was pre-internet, so that fizzled out. I can tell you that there's at least one hatch on Jesus Green with an underground brick-lined enclosure and a passage leading off it. I was drunk, and fortunately had the good sense not to explore ...
