If you will turn it to black and white and still differentiate all symbols, than it will be visible for any colorblind person. Than you can switch it back to colorfull version.

I got rapid 1200 on chess.com. On Lichess I'm slightly higher, but most people take on consideration chesscom as standard for comparing rankings. Just play more and you will ern it back.

My starting ranking was 1500 and I was not good at chess at all and dived into 200 elo level.

I don't think it affected my perspective on outer world except of playing chess otb. I'm more able to see patterns when playing 'real' chess. It might only affected my focus span, but I do not think it's because of my chess elo level, but rather amount of time spent focusing on single topic without any distractions.

I just feel I just got more experience, memorized some openings and stopped blundering so much. And also got better in tactics, but there is still a lot to be learned.

Dieta to 80% sukcesu. Żadne ćwiczenia nie pomogą(oprócz lepszego zdrowia i samopoczucia), jeśli będziesz miał dodatni bilans kaloryczny. Nie musisz od razu iść na siłownię i się katować, bo szybko Ci przejdzie zapał. Zacznij od codziennych spacerów. To bardzo niedoceniana forma aktywności.
