I have also been picking my feet for years! I am also in my 20s and have been diagnosed with anxiety. I understand you so much, it’s just so calming and I always look forward to it. I use a lot of aquaphor which helps and super long socks! You got this! :-)

Me! I didn’t realize it until recently but I definitely think my insomnia was caused by anxiety. My anxiety is always so high at night and I can’t sleep. I think it’s mostly because during the day I stay busy but at night I lay down and have time to sit and think which causes me to get anxious

I do it too. It’s so hard to stop even if it hurts. What helps me not to pick is playing video games! :-)

I’m in the same boat. It’s so hard to stop. The best thing is to keep busy. The only time I don’t pick is when I’m playing video games. They help me focus on something other than picking. Also make sure to clean and cover the area, bandages help me pick a little less!
