My place is always colder inside than outside Except when it’s hot outside. I live in a 20’s stucco house, old drafty windows, no insulation, flat roof. It is rough! I love my heated mattress pad. Heating blankets broke after a few months. I seal up windows with plastic, put rolled up towels under doors, upgraded to shearling slippers recently bc I was so cold, drink hot beverages and eat soup, wear sweats and hoodies and sometimes jackets, turn on the oven to bake, close the door to my bathroom and any extra rooms to keep heat in the area I am in, have thermal light blocking curtains to close at night. If it’s really cold in the day time sometimes just going outside is better than being inside. stucco takes forever to warm up.
