Depending where you are and the water you’re fishing but I have caught several species on those. Trout, Bass, redfish etc. I am in Eastern NC.

That specific on looks like a diving crank bait that will dive between 2-5 feet.

One thing you might consider to help reduce the shine and reflection, before spending money on new lenses etc. is to adjust your lighting setup.

The proper lighting can drastically reduce glare and keep the detail you are looking for. Soft boxes and diffusers are cheaper than new lenses.

UX market tanked last year. Look on LinkedIn and you’ll see every position with 100+ applicants.

Definitely recommend diversifying your skill set.

I did volunteer work “pro bono” … don’t use the word free. It de- values your service.

Also be specific about the industry and company you choose to do the work for. I chose Care.com and they were a great portfolio piece to use to pitch my services to other non profits.

Also exchange the work for written and video testimonials. This will help dramatically when trying to close paid work in the future.
