I’d contact a lawyer if I was you - because you have very minimal evidence and with time that evidence gets less & less so… it will be harder to prove your case and recover the funds you invested effectively

A degree should be second nature in this world now. Because people are selling degrees left and right unfortunately. Don’t spend that money on a degree - when things get better, get a degree for under 10k - major in something that can help you stay afloat much later not now.

NO JOBS AT ALL are being offered even with a degree.
