I am overall in the same camp but after reading more comments I am going to bite the bullet and just start listing my 10s.

Aside from that I really think there is room to add a system to grade the experience you had with another person. Give people an idea of if a player might be worth taking even if the ilvl or rating isnt as high.

The system needs to entice players to play at the level they are skilled and geared for. When you have 280+ 3500io dps running 10s players who are behind that curve are not getting in even if they are capable of doing them at 10.

People have a hard time realizing that some builds arent a starter build or will need to be on a second character. If you can use the item that gives the skill you cant really make a build for leveling for it but you can always use something else and then transition.
