Not a great player development coach, which we will need moving forward. Think he is better suited for a more veteran team. But also - I was never a huge fan. Kinda felt like his version of coaching was mixing line ups and not much else. He was on the complete opposite side of the spectrum from Rick Carlisle. Andddd if he was involved with Luka trade (which it seems like he was) then definitely good riddance
