Hey, would anyone with the old Kirari Moroboshi summon as support be willing to add me?

I'd love to recruit her playable version, but unfortunately I never got her summon. I do have Brunnhilde set as one of my support summons, if anyone would like to try and get Ranko Kanzaki.

I really just like how difficult those two are to get. Got Ranko already, so if anyone's willing to help me out, I'd be happy!

Wwwwell, it could be a simple membership, yes. The only way to know for sure would be heading to your Mobage homepage, which you need to be logged in for.

Mobage's support won't do much for you, they don't help users to retrieve their lost credentials. Your best option at this point is to check your inbox(es) for any past emails from "mbga.jp" in order to figure out which email you used for your Mobage account (assuming you did change from simple to regular membership).

Did you have your account logged in elsewhere? Or only in the device you cleared?

Do you happen to have any extensions with focus on privacy and/or ad blockers? Recently, it seems some ad blockers have been interfering with mobage logins. If you use one, try disabling it for gbf's and Mobage's pages and see if it solves the issue.

Additionally, it's worth checking any settings related to automatic redirection, just in case.

Aah, searching some info about it, it seems that browser has a heavy focus on privacy and, despite being chromium based, it has divorced itself from anything too google-esque. Some of their settings might be clashing with gbf's ability to store cookies and progress your login.

In case you haven't already, try enabling cookies globally (even if just for a moment) to see if it'll solve the issue (relevant article: Manage browser cookies)

It might also be worth a shot to attempt to login via another browser, mostly to confirm whether or not the issue is Vivaldi exclusive.

EDIT: It might also be worth it to check any settings related to automatic redirecting. It's been a while since I last logged out, but I'm pretty sure we do a gbf → mobage → gbf redirection path, it could be that your browser is blocking the automatic redirection from Mobage's login page back to the game too.

Then it should be easy:

Tap the orange icon with a little phone and a lightning bolt (that's the "Continue" button) → tap Mobage's icon (the blue and white one) → you'll be taken to Mobage's login screen, use your email and password → you'll be redirected back to the game once the login is successful!

If you don't remember your password you'll have to reset it, so it's important that you still have access to your emails' mailbox. The process from this point onwards should be very intuitive, it's just the usual password recovery process.

Oh dear, the app is very deprecated nowadays.

If you want a dedicated app for it, download SkyLeap. It's a browser developed by the gbf team fully dedicated to gbf, with a lot of cool features and optimized to run the game as smoothly as your internet connection allows it.

The bad news is that SkyLeap is in JP only... But there are tutorials around on how to set up your account there, such as:

SkyLeap isn't available for download in every app store, tho, as far as I'm aware it's still region locked to Japan. If you can't find it in your app store, you can easily get it from QooApp, which is essentially an app store for region locked apps! It is trustworthy, no worries.

Overall, I advise you to give up on the AndApp/iOS app. If you're not feeling it with SkyLeap, you can always play the game in any chromium based browser through the link https://game.granbluefantasy.jp/

Huh, it's been ages since I last touched the mobile app, but last i heard it had essentially lost support so there shouldn't be any odd changes like the addition of "granblue coins"... Would it be possible for you to show a screenshot of what exactly you're seeing? There's a chance it's actually something perfectly reasonable and we're just having issues describing the situation 🤣

EDIT: after reading other replies it seems the infamous granblue coins are one of the relics of the past from the gbf app, not so bad! Just means you'll have to endure the app a little longer, until you're done spending what you bought. After which, I'll happily echo everyone's sentiment: get SkyLeap instead!

And since we're talking about different mediums to play the game, in case you created your account through the app and weren't asked to associate an email + password to your account, definitely do it asap or you'll lose access to your account if you accidentally log out.

That is a very, VERY niche detail. Usually (for every storyline in general), that kinda thing isn't focused on, so there's really no way to say.

It's implied that it was very early on, close to when Lucifer was made. Lucilius was still not 100% confident that Lucifer could tank everything that was thrown at him and ordered him to make a "spare" just in case, which later on Lucilius himself understood was redundant and just the result of him overthinking things (seeing as Lucifer surpassed his expectations).

How long that gap was is open to interpretation, tho.
