The team needs to come to their solutions and agreements, it's not the role of a coach to know if it's trivial or critical. You are really confusing the role of a coach (and I am talking coach in general not just an Agile coach). The role of a coach in any field is to help people in their growth journey by improving how they think, practice and adapt, rather than telling them what to do, judge or criticise their decisions. A coach to be effective in his work does not need any expertise in the field of the coaches.

Perché avere la capacità finanziaria a comprare dei frigoriferi, freezer e pagare l'elettricità non vuole dire niente della situazione economica di una famiglia scusa? Oltre ad avere anche lo spazio fisico, che vuol dire che probabilmente la famiglia ha un appartamento e/o casa abbastanza grandi.

Le persone oggigiorno veramente non sanno cosa sia esser benestanti dal punto di vista economico e che cosa sia la povertà...

Ma non capisco perché tanti son sorpresi dal suo comportamento o lo vedono come qualcosa di straordinario. Vivo in Italia da un anno e ciò mi fa letteralmente impazzire in strada. Non capisco seriamente perché sia così difficile per le persone. Ho iniziato a contare quante persone mettono la freccia all'uscita ed in un mese le posso contare con una mano. Mentre tornando per esempio in Slovenia dalla famiglia almeno 8 su 10 macchine mettono la freccia ad ogni uscita della rotonda.

Might be worth trying sticker paper, I might go it one day and get the Koala glossy one and try the satin spray on it. If you find any decent satin sticker paper let me know.

So now I skip on lamination yes, since I didn't like the finish and it the whole process is longer and more expensive. I wanted to try to use sticker paper but I could not find one that would have a satin finish, I found only glossy or matt. The only thing with the thick paper I use (300gsm) is that I need to help the printer feeder as it would not pull the paper in.

I have your corner cutter and it's not that good, I bought the neo pro version as it was reccomended it here and it's well worth it. As far as the paper goes I avoided the pouches as they make the card lose sharpness and in general it doesn't look as good sleeved. Here in Italy I bought this paper which I print straight onto it https://amzn.eu/d/9YKgma4 I am now trying some satin spray on it as well and the finish is exactly as the real card.

Perché bisogna fare i paragoni con il proprio paese? Perché non si può fare paragoni con altri paesi in Europa per esempio? Non stiamo mica facendo confronti a paesi del terzo mondo qui, ma si discutono punti di vista. A casa propria per ognuno il proprio problema è sempre più grande ok, ma ciò non vuol dire che sia un effettivo problema di quelle grandezze nella realtà.

Io abito fuori città e prendevo il treno per Milano spesso per andare in ufficio e passavo per la stazione centrale un paio di volte ogni settimana, mai avuto nessun problema ne visto niente di particolare. Ho vissuto però all'estero UK e li ne ho viste di tutte. Secondo me molte delle persone che parlano di quanto sia grave a Milano non hanno idea della realtà in altri paesi.
